5. Click here to download the Cisco VPN client.
6. Try running the client after installing it.

The only option left is to execute a clean reinstallation if none of the earlier fixes were successful in getting Cisco VPN to function.

Ideally, you should do a clean slate install in which you remove any lingering related files from your computer before reinstalling Cisco VPN.
